Asociación de Organizaciones del Corredor Biológico Talamanca Caribe-The Talamanca-Caribbean Biological Corridor Commission
The Talamanca-Caribbean Biological Corridor Commission provides guidance on land-use management and is comprised of 13 representatives. The Talamanca-Caribbean Biological Corridor Commission provides guidance on land-use management within the Corridor by appointment of the Ministry for Natural Resources, Energy and Mining (MIRENEM), which has oversight of Costa Rica's national parks, biological and indigenous reserves, and other protected areas, and manages the country's natural resources on both public and private lands.

Fundación Neotrópica
The Fundación Neotrópica is a non-governmental, private and non-profit organization working for the conservation and support of the development of natural resources. Fundación Neotrópica aims to research, implement, and inform about activities that contribute to the sustainable development of natural resources, generating alternatives to development models which are damaging to renewable natural resources. FN has developed particularly strong skills in sustainable development activities and management of buffer zones that surround core protected areas.
